Delivery Rates & Delivery Times
We aim to despatch all orders received and fully paid for (with items that are ‘In Stock’) before 12.00 CET the same day between Monday – Friday. Typically, orders received before 14.00 CET will still be despatched the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed as this depends on the time our courier picks up the shipments.
Please note that the delivery times below are estimates provided to us by our couriers. While we do our utmost best to despatch every order on time; these times are not guaranteed and are estimates of how long the delivery takes once your order has been despatched from our warehouse.
To ensure you receive your order swiftly: We recommend placing an order in advance our order cut-off time, to ensure the parcels get shipped on the same day. Orders placed in the evening after our cut-off time will be fulfilled the next working day, and orders placed during weekend will be despatched on Monday.
